I had a great opportunity to photography an unusual and unique wedding in Murrell’s Inlet, South Carolina, near Myrtle Beach. There are so many things to blog about so I will be writing about this wedding in two posts.

The wedding was held in Wachesaw Plantation Club.

The bride and groom decided to see each other before the ceremony to be able to do some portraits with friends and family.

They had guests from all over the country and all over the world.

Instead of having somebody officiate the wedding, they had friends and family read passages or sing instead.

We had a very fun and energetic Portrait Session with Mia in Downtown Charleston, South Carolina.

Mia was very happy during this day.

It was a great day to be out and about.

We spent most of the time chasing after squirrels, birds, dogs and anything that moves. Here she meets a very unique dog.

Holly, in this photo, reminds me a little bit of Nicole Kidman.  I feel like anytime now she is gonna be twitching her nose (a la Bewitched).

Just got back from a wedding in Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.

Our most recent wedding was a wedding by the beach in Hilton Head Island. This was a bit of a last-minute booking, but since the wedding was on a Tuesday, we were available.

Nicole flew in all the way from Wisconsin to be with Joshua.  They are planning another wedding next year for her family in Wisconsin.

This was taken right before the wedding ceremony. They were fixing her veil, and they were joking with her and she laughed, so I took the shot.

This is a photo of the groom fixing his military uniform.

This is one of my favorite photos from the wedding. For me, this is the definition of a radiant bride.

Joshua laid out flowers on the sand to serve as a kind of altar for them to stand in the middle of.

It was a very small and intimate wedding by the beach.
